PROGRESSING BALLET TECHNIQUE - Wednesdays at 5:30 pm - Class run by Maria

Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative programme that aims to enhance the classical ballet technique of dancers through alternative methods, such as use of a Pilates ball and therabands. It focuses on improving muscle memory to improve students’ understanding of core stability, weight placement and alignment. 

Equipment needed: Chair, yoga mat/towel, Pillow/Pilates Ball

BALLET SENIOR - Thursdays at 5:00 pm - Class run by Maria

Ballet technique Class for 9 - 13 years old. This class will deepen the knowledge of classical technique, have more complex combinations and build more strength for pirouettes and allegro. Students should prepare a chair for barre work.

CONTEMPORARY FLOW - Thursdays at 6:00 pm - Class run by Maria

This class focuses on the connection between mind and body. This style of dance will take you through a series of release aflows that will focus on breath and articulation. This will improve physical mobility and mental well being whilst playing with the concept of dynamics.

JAZZ WORKOUT - Fridays at 5:00 pm - Class run by Maria

This will be a Jazz style; fun workout that helps build strength, promotes flexibility and improves musicality.
