STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING - Mondays at 5:30 pm - Class run by Mario
A cardio and bodyweight workout session. This session is based on standard body weight strength and endurance exercises, martial arts conditioning and break dance moves aimed for general fitness.
BALLET FIT - Tuesdays at 6:00 pm
This unique class is a fusion of ballet, Pilates and yoga. This will consist of barre work, floor work, stretching. This gentle approach is devised to strengthen and lengthen muscles, as well as build upon grace, flexibility and the love of dance, over time the routines help build a strong, lean ballet body.
Equipment needed: Chair, yoga mat/towel, Pillow, Blanket
CONTEMPORARY FLOW - Thursdays at 6:00 pm - Class run by Maria
This class focuses on the connection between mind and body. This style of dance will fuse Release and yoga technique and will improve balance, torso articulation through a series of swings, fall and recovery, and improvisation.
